NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN PROMOTIONAL SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE WILL NOT ENHANCE OR INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING. VOID IN WASHINGTON, IDAHO, NEVADA, AND WHEREVER RESTRICTED OR PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", or "You") and High 5 Entertainment LLC ("Company", "High 5 Casino", "we", or "us"). By registering an account, accessing, or playing games on High 5 Casino, you acknowledge that you have reviewed, understood, and agreed to be governed by these Terms and our related policies.

2. Eligibility & State Restrictions

Participation on High 5 Casino is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following criteria:

  • Are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of account creation.
  • Are a permanent legal resident of the United States.
  • Are physically present within an authorized US state or territory. Users located in Washington (WA), Idaho (ID), and Nevada (NV) are strictly prohibited from participating in promotional Sweeps play.
  • Possess a valid, non-fraudulent bank account or verified e-wallet in their own legal name for prize redemptions.

3. Nature of Service (Promotional Social Gaming)

High 5 Casino operates as a social casino and promotional sweepstakes gaming platform. It is not an online gambling or real-money wagering website. Real money cannot be bet directly on games. Gameplay utilizes virtual entertainment tokens known as Game Coins (GC) or promotional tokens known as Sweeps Coins (SC).

4. Dual-Currency Architecture

A. Game Coins (GC): Game Coins hold no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash, prizes, or transferred between accounts. GC is intended exclusively for recreational gameplay across our slot and table library.

B. Sweeps Coins (SC): Sweeps Coins represent promotional sweepstakes tokens. Sweeps Coins can never be purchased directly. They can be obtained for free through:

  • Complimentary bonuses bundled with optional Game Coin purchases.
  • Daily login rewards and promotional wheel spins.
  • Official social media contests and interactive giveaways.
  • Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) handwritten mail-in requests.

5. Purchases & Billing Conditions

Users may voluntarily purchase bundles of Game Coins using verified payment methods (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Skrill). All purchases of Game Coins are final, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable once completed. In case of unauthorized transactions, players must contact our billing support immediately.

6. Sweeps Coin Redemption & Prize Payout Rules

Eligible players who accumulate Sweeps Coins through successful gameplay may request redemption for real cash prizes or digital gift cards under the following terms:

  • 1x Playthrough Requirement: Sweeps Coins received via complimentary promotions must be wagered at least once in Sweeps mode before becoming eligible for cash prize redemption.
  • Minimum Thresholds: Redemptions for digital gift cards start at fifty (50) eligible SC. Redemptions via direct bank transfer or approved electronic wallets require a minimum of one hundred (100) eligible SC.
  • Valuation Parity: Each eligible, redeemed Sweeps Coin holds a redemption prize value equivalent to one United States Dollar ($1.00 USD).
  • KYC Verification: High 5 Casino reserves the absolute right to demand government ID, proof of address, and ownership proof of bank accounts prior to dispensing redemptions.

7. User Accounts & Account Security

Each individual player is permitted to establish only one (1) account. Registering duplicate, synthetic, or family-proxy accounts constitutes a severe material breach resulting in immediate forfeiture of all virtual currency balances and permanent account termination. Players remain solely responsible for preserving the confidentiality of login credentials.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Players agree never to engage in any of the following restricted actions:

  • Deploying automated software bots, AI scripts, scraping tools, or third-party exploits.
  • Using Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), proxy servers, or location-masking tools to conceal true geographical positioning.
  • Engaging in collusive play, chip dumping, or money-laundering schemes.
  • Harassing, abusing, or defaming other players or customer support personnel in chat rooms or community spaces.

9. Intellectual Property

All game titles, proprietary visual designs, audio assets, source code, graphics, trademarks, logos, and patented game mechanics (including Split Symbols, Tumbling Reels, and Rapid Rewards) are the exclusive intellectual property of High 5 Games LLC and High 5 Entertainment LLC. Unauthorized reproduction or reverse-engineering is strictly forbidden under federal and international copyright laws.

10. Mandatory Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: Any controversy, claim, or dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, gameplay, or redemptions shall be resolved exclusively through individual binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. You expressly waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or representative jury trial.
